Adirondack Efficiencies

I have had decent stays at Adirondack Efficiencies a few years ago so I decided to check it out online for my medical appt in the city. As technology goes, there was an issue while trying to check-in with my online booking. As panic began to set in, Ed (the Manager) was quick to help me navigate the app & get checked in easily - providing such peace of mind that we were in good hands! It really changed the entire course of our stay to know that we would be well taken care of during an otherwise difficult, stressful time for my family. *The room was spotless upon entry & it smelled lovely. It was a 90 degree day, so opening that door to a cool a beautiful breeze from the AC was the cherry on top! *The pool was gorgeous and the patio was beautifully adorned with loungers and tables for watching the family swim and hearing the birds sing. *The property is very well maintained with flowers and trees, play areas for the kids, fire pit and a grill. *It’s close enough to walk to all the shops & restaurants, but far enough off the busy road to not even hear any traffic. *I had wonderful conversations with the staff that contribute to keeping the hotel so nice (with smiles on their faces!) Very hard workers & very down to earth, lovely people. Thanks again, Adirondack Efficiencies for a seriously awesome experience. We can’t to come visit you all again soon!

The manager ,is the nicest person you'll ever meet. He seriously needs a raise and pay because he does such a phenomenal job and a amazing job at what he does. He's so polite professional and kind and caring and very thoughtful. He's also very respectful. And friendly s has great attitude the rooms are perfect for a clean amazing hotel experience room service is prompt and friendly and always smiling I would recommend this establishment to everyone I know I give it five stars but only because that's the most I can put in reality I would give it 10 go in and see all the. Great ppl. And amazing hotel experience!!

Ed is the nicest person that you'll ever meet. He is doing a phenomenal, amazing job at being the manager. All of the employees here are very nice and very professional and very kind and very helpful. Ed seriously needs a raise because he does such a wonderful job at being the manager here. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family. I promise you won't regret staying here.

Ed the manager is a G! He saved us from Expedia trying to tell us that the reservation can’t be edited. They tried to run game not knowing he was right next to us. But he got the refund needed and didn’t let them play games. Great service would come back. Thanks ed

What a great little place to stay in Watertown. Right off the main road and close to all the shopping and restaurants. The young lady that worked the desk was so sweet and helpful. For the price, the rooms were great and had everything we needed for our family's short stay. We didnt have time to enjoy the pool, BBQs or fire pits, but they have them. The only small negative was that the hallway smelled like smoke, but our smoke-free room did not. Thank you! We will be back for sure!!!

My "friend" threw me out in the middle of bondo/paint job I was doing to undo the minor cosmetic damage before registering my car as an Uber car, my community messed me and my car all up, and so I bought a thousand dollars worth of tools, and put some more into parts and expendables and help from a local certified mechanic to undo the damage. That was done to my car to prevent me from leaving and working in other places in the upstate region. I bought a portable heat gun, and sanding tool so I can finish fixing the bondo and paint work on my car, and needed a place to charge my power packs, and get cleaned up, and grab some more parts and tools in the local, and I got what I needed and it didn't cost me a small fortune for an outlet and a shower to keep working on my car.

It's a great hotel. The staff is friendly and gracious. They are all very helpful and very polite when speaking with you in my experience it was more than pleasurable and I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family and anyone else to. I love it here. The manager Ed is very very nice and polite and helpful and friendly and respectful and thoughtful. You honestly couldn't get another better stay then here. This place is definitely a 5 star hotel.
